Today at 9.10 i went to MB Johor Jaya..i ordered a lucky plate which cost rm11.10..once i received the receipts..it show rm8.90..tht was a la carte ..but he gve me set..he very rude when i asked him why did he put like that.."he said y cannot is it..its my choice"he have no rites to talk to customer in such way..if my father were there for sure he will break his face..as a staff he should know the prices of each item..he played wit customr money...n i told to the manager ...n he was like doiq nothing n never cares.. manager of the Johor Jaya MB doesnt even cares..is this a job of a manager..i know very well that he played with the money..customer is always right..hope to change the attitude n be friendly with custmr..give respect n take respect..for information if he doesnt know how to bcme a cashier..better bcome csc
