I came to eat at Marrybrown Bukit Jambul restaurant last Wednesday (Jan 24 - 1.48pm), my total order was RM60.00. I made a payment using pay wave but failed and had to use the debit card pin.
After finishing my meal I went back and got a call from CIMB bank ( 25th Jan )saying that I had used a post-debit card amounting to rm600.00 at Marrybrown restaurant. Last Friday, Jan 26, I came back to the Marrybrown Bukit Jambul restaurant and met the restaurant manager and told him the problem I was facing... The restaurant manager is very responsible, he asked me to give him some time to solve this issue within 1 week.I came to eat at Marrybrown Bukit Jambul restaurant last Wednesday, my total order was RM60.00. Pada mulanya saya beli 1 bowl bubur dan minta asingkan cilinya untuk bagi anak 1y6m makan. Cashier bertugas bertegas mengatakan tak boleh asing!saya nyatakan sekali lagi untuk bagi anak sy makan.cashier beritahu "kalau macamtu kena ambil 2 lah 1 pedas 1 tak pedas". Sy nyatakan pada beliau,sy pernah beli di MB taman flora jaya item yang sama dan mereka tiada masalah untuk asingkan cili tersebut. Cashier tetap bertegas dengan mengatakan tak boleh asingkan dan jika nak cili juga perlu ambil 2 bowl. Saya malas nak bertekak panjang and terus ambil 2 bowl coz anak 1st sy *** bubur pedas.biasanya saya beli 1 shj,lebih dari adiknya makan sy akan beri pada abgnya.coz did u expect baby 1y can finish 1 bowl porridge? Disebabkan itu sy perlu ambil 2 bowl 1 for baby and another 1 for his brother 4years. Apa yg saya nak tekankan disini adalah sikap pekerja and how they communicate with customer with this attitude.no consederation at all.
