Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Extremely Poor Service and Refund Handling
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Branch manager contacted me via WhatsApp and refund were done after he verified my claims. Marrybrown’s customer service is completely useless, filed a complaint via their app and escalate it to social media will make them accelerate the process.
It has now been three days without any update or refund.
This is completely unacceptable for a well-known food chain.
Ignoring customers after taking their money reflects very poorly on your service standards.
If this issue remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Extremely disappointing experience with Marrybrown.

Good day,
Was very disappointed to open up my 2 meals and only see Breast and a wing in 1 container none of us eat breast in this house.
2nd box had a side and a wing.
If they are going to swith up the order they should consult with the customer first.
Receipt in the bag with the purchase turned black and could was not readable. Shouldn't put the receipt in the hot bag as it get steamed.

Hi, I went to the Kota Warisan branch just now, and Im really disappointed with the managers attitude. She was wearing a red stripes kemeja, and her behaviour was very unfriendly and unprofessional definitely not someone who makes customers feel welcomed.
I requested for chicken thigh and breast for my meal, but she told me I had to wait 20 minutes and even then, the chicken parts would be given randomly.
I didnt mind waiting, so I waited patiently. But Im just wondering is there a new policy where customers cant request specific parts even though were paying for it?
After waiting, I received my order and double-checked it, but they still gave me wings which I dont eat. When I asked about it, the manager gave me an annoyed look and repeatedly said "tak boleh tukar, ayam random je" over and over until I left the store.
This is really rude and unnecessary. I hope you can educate your staff, especially the manager, on how to treat customers with respect.
Im paying with my hard-earned money, not asking for free food.
If no action is taken, I have no issue to viral this incident on X for public awareness.
I also hope you can check the CCTV footage for this incident. Thank you

Masa saya membuat pembayaran di MARRYBROWN PD di kiosk machine resit tak keluar,and then saya approach pekerja di sana untuk membantu,kemudian dia menyatakan pada saya bahawa payment tak successful,dia mengatakan harus bayar di kaunter,selepas saya selesai buat pembayaran kali kedua di kaunter dan selesai makan,saya pulang ke rumah dan check transaction account bank saya,ada deduction 2 times,which mean saya telah membuat pembayaran sebanyak 2 kali pada 1 resit.pada mesin kiosk sudah deduct,tetapi tidak keluar resit.

Greetings, I would like to complain about the service I received while dining in at your outlet at Puncak Alam. Well, I wonder why there is no smile on any of the staff's faces, even the manager.
On top of that, when I asked for chicken (breast piece), which was the lucky plate, I wonder why they gave me small pieces whereas I actually did ask for big pieces. On top of all this, they even forgot to serve me the basic thing, which is a serviette or tissue, which is really quite bad.
I hope to see more improvement when I dine in here next. Best regards, Paul Rekhraj

11/11/2024 my order no 34939, it takes exactly one hour waiting as I am collected my food @2209hrs the reason given is due to waiting for fried chicken to be ready but I believe it is not as I have heard one of the staff mention (during 2130hrs ) they are running out of rice. but really unsure the real reason if that the case superior should info the customer in advance.
Do you think it is right for customer to wait for one hour just to wait for 3 simple item with the reason chicken is not ready where prior to my food readiness i saw customer order number after me ( as the number 34948,34950) collected their food 20mins earlier than me.
If you go to western restaurant you can get more earlier than that. This is fast food restaurant! furthermore if you read through my order
1 x Nasi Kandar with original F Chicken
2x 2 Pcs Original Fried Chicken
1x French Fries
and what I received when arrived home as exactly what you see in the photo. I receive only 2 piece of Chicken (missing 2pcs of chicken) and other 2 item and I can report to KPDNKK if i want it to.
Please carefully train your staff and look into it nicely in future. Please get my refund for missing 2 pieces of fried chicken.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your Outlet in Nilai. Ain syafiqah, I regularly purchase your Bubur Ayam for my baby, as they are unable to eat fried chicken.
However, during my latest visit, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by one of your staff members.
I requested that the ingredients in the Bubur Ayam be separated, as is done at other Marrybrown outlets. However, the staff member, Syafiqah, refused to accommodate my request and instead provided multiple excuses as to why it could not be done. When I explained that I needed the ingredients separated due to my babys dietary needs, she simply told me to buy another portion instead.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, as I know that other Marrybrown outlets have no issue fulfilling similar requests.
I expect a certain level of customer service and flexibility when making a reasonable request, especially when it involves a child's dietary needs.
I kindly ask that you address this issue with the staff at the Syafiqah Outlet in Nilai to ensure better service in the future. I hope that Marrybrown will take this complaint seriously and implement measures to ensure that all customers receive consistent and courteous service across all locations.
I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

Kenapa setiap kali oder ayam original (ada pilihan di aplikasi food panda)pasti dapat pedas dan original..saya beli untuk anak makan,kalau dah pedas anak pon tak boleh makan..Dikaunter pon sama..oder original yang dapat campur pedas,
